The Law Office was established and originated in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1974, and relocated to Bel Air, Maryland. I am also admitted to practice Law before the State and Federal Courts at all levels in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Vermont, along with the U.S. Supreme Court.I also attained special Permission from the Supreme Court of Kentucky to represent a Client in the Supreme Court of Kentucky and its' Lower Courts in Hazard and Corbin Counties, with successful results.
Over the course of my Practice, I have both taught and published for legal seminars, as well as being a Faculty and Adjunct Faculty teacher on both undergraduate and graduate
levels, in Criminal Justice.
In June,2020, I will be celebrating my 46th year in the
Practice of Law and continue to travel out of state to represent Clients.
In 2007, I relocated to Grand Isle, Vermont , and I served my Internship at The Law Office of Collins, McMahon, & Harris,P.L.L.C. in Burlington,Vermont, before opening my Office.
On June 21, 2012, I successfully completed my Rabbinical Studies, and was Ordained (Semicha) through the Rabbinical Seminary International, located in New York City, N.Y. The Ordination took place at The Actor's Temple, off Broadway, in New York City.
